Eleven people have been injured following a collision between a light motor vehicle and a taxi in Magoebaskloof.
Upon arrival paramedics found the taxi on its roof and after assessment 11 passengers had sustained minor injuries.
“When ER24 paramedics arrived on scene they found the taxi on its roof. Most of the passengers of the taxi had already exited the vehicle. After assessment it was found that 11 people had sustained minor injuries. Fortunately no serious injuries were sustained,” said in a statement.
Three of the eleven patients have been transported to Van Velden Memorial Hospital for further treatment.
So far the cause of the collision is still unknown and authorities are investigating.
