The trick of saving conversations for future sharing has been redefined through the new Screen Muncher application, which comes with the BlackBerry (BB) smartphone.

Screen Muncher lets you “munch” your BlackBerry screen - capture it as an image to post directly to Facebook or Twitter and share via BBM or email.

It lets you capture anything you see on your BB screen just like the desktop print screen function.

For anyone who might not believe the information that was munched is legit, it comes with a watermark feature.

The fun part is that it has a unique “munch” sound effect and the phone vibrates every time you use the app. It is downloadable, but also comes standard with the new version of BBM

You can munch all kinds of things, from IM and BBMconversations to funny or stupid late-night messages. It also works for Google Maps - you can munch one and use it later for directions.

And if you’re that way inclined, you could even munch a recipe you got online or a frame from a YouTube clip. I love this app; it’s got me written all over it.
