Teen mom star Amber Portwood has been sentenced to 5 years in prison after failing to attend rehab and asking Indiana judge to reimpose her sentence.
According to TMZ the '16 and Pregnant' star's five-year prison sentence was previously suspended on the condition she complete a drug rehabilitation program, however Portwood gave up on the program and asked to be sent to prison instead.
Her attorney reportedly asked for leniency, but the judge said he had no choice but to enforce the terms of Amber's plea agreement, TMZ reported
According to the report Portwood will be in an incarceration-based treatment program as sentenced by the Indiana judge.
