Former Orlando Pirates and Golden Arrows striker, Katlego Mashego, has signed a two-year contract with Moroka Swallows after spending almost a month of training with the team.
Mashego together with former Maritzburg and Free State Stars striker, Diyo Sibisi, were training with the Birds from last month.
Prior to the signing, Swallows boss Leon Prins told the club's official website that they will sign players who will contribute positively to the team.
"We are only going to sign players who are going to make a material difference to a squad that finished second last season, if they are available and affordable," he said.
Mashego will be hoping to make his debut when his new club plays against Ajax Cape Town at Volkswagen Dobsonville Stadium on Wednesday night.
