The Automobile Association (AA) has announced that petrol price will drop by 10 cents per litre end of December.
The announcement comes after the AA commented on unaudited mid-month fuel price data released by the Central Energy Fund (CEF).
“Since the beginning of December, the Rand gained ground against the US dollar‚ however, some of the gains were offset by a spike in international petroleum prices in the first two weeks of December,” AA said.
In November, motorists saw an increase in petrol prices as the rand continues to struggle against the US dollar.
